Monday · Descent
The Journey
Contrast therapy at Traum, cold plunge and sauna. A tea ceremony to mark the doorway. Then the journey, within an exquisite sound field. Tea again on return.
Tuesday · Integration
The Wandering
A slow morning and a nourishing smoothie. Over brunch, the journey is shared aloud. Then Chapultepec and the Museo de Antropología, or the city on your own terms.
Wednesday · Purification
The Fire
South to Tepoztlán. The Inipi runs from noon to three: the lodge, the stones, the song. Afterward the pool, then dinner at Parcela. The night closes in song with Benny Oyama, voice and guitar.
Thursday · Return
The Long Way Home
A closing circle in the mountains. Return to the city, or linger. The house is held through Friday morning.
